A Final Note

Remember - You may not be able to control what pops into your head, but you can control what you DO with your thoughts and how you live your life.

All of these tools will probably feel unnatural or uncomfortable when you first try them. This does not mean you are doing something wrong. Trying something new or different usually feels a bit strange. But it means you are starting to take steps to face your fears and manage them.

It will take practice and perseverance, and you may fall into some traps again and again. But if you keep using your tools, you will start to feel the benefits!
