Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) - Home

CBT is an evidence-based psychological treatment that was developed through decades of scientific research.

Research shows that CBT is one of the most effective treatments for anxiety. It is also an effective treatment for problems such as depression, chronic pain, disordered easting, anger issues, addiction, and low self-esteem.

CBT gives you a new way of understanding and thinking about your problem. It also provides you with the skills to deal with the issues that you are struggling with right now.

CBT treatment is often short-terms, and offered in both individual and group settings.

CBT can be done with a trained CBT therapist. Or you can do it on your own.
