New-Moms: Self-compassion

By developing self-compassion, we can balance out the self-critical thoughts that can leave us feeling exhausted, down, and anxious. This can include turning down the volume of the self-critical voice and giving ourselves credit for our successes. In addition, we can act as if we are worth it and learn to include self-care regularly into our lives. For more information, see Treat Yourself Kindly and Taking Care.
