New Mothers

Coming Soon...

At AnxietyBC, we noticed that there are a lot of web-based resources about post-partum depression, but wondered why there weren’t more resources on how to effectively manage anxiety during the pregnancy and post-partum periods. Studies have shown that a significant percentage of women experience problematic levels of anxiety during these two periods. We believe that this group of women could really benefit from easy to access anxiety management tools designed specifically for them.

Thus, we are excited to announce that AnxietyBC is creating a new section on our website dedicated to helping expectant and new mothers manage anxiety. Many women have been down this road. Through their experiences, we have learned so much about effective ways to manage anxiety and have included these strategies in this new section.

This section will be available at the end of 2012. To be one of the first to be notified when this section goes live, sign up for our newsletter or RSS feed. We look forward to your visit!

Although I don't live in BC -- or even Canada for that matter-- I want to thank you for the comprehensive information on your website. I am hopeful that this information will help our family a great deal.
