Dr. Martha Capreol

Dr. Martha Capreol received her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of British Columbia. She currently has a private practice at the Changeways Clinic and specializes in individual cognitive behavioural therapy for anxiety and depression.

As well Dr. Capreolas helps clients manage a wide range of stress related problems such as coping with major life changes, chronic illness, and everyday problems such as parenting stress.

Dr. Capreol also works as a consultant and workshop leader for CBT Connections Ltd. providing training and consultation to therapists learning cognitive behavioural therapy.

In addition, she has developed health promotion literature on behalf of the BC Partners for Mental Health and Addiction. She has developed self-help materials for individuals coping with anxiety, parents with anxious children, individuals coping with mood swings, and healthy eating and exercising. She has also published professional articles.
