If you haven’t already done so, we suggest you see a doctor and have a discussion. If you do not have a regular doctor, you can try a walk-in clinic doctor. In advance of visiting the doctor, you can review our self-help information on our website; the more you know about anxiety, and mental health, the more informed you will be for your visit.
