Arto moved to Vancouver from Kitimat in Northern B.C in the early 80's and has worked in the Aviation industry for 20 years. He has been volunteering with AnxietyBC for 3 years and has co-lead 4 LEAF groups. He has also dealt with Anxiety in his life and enjoys sharing his story with others.
