Dr. Kristin Buhr received her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Concordia University, Montreal. She currently has a private practice at the North Shore Stress and Anxiety Clinic (NSSAC) and specializes in the assessment and treatment of mood and anxiety disorders.
Dr. Buhr also coordinates a social anxiety treatment program in the psychology department at the University of British Columbia and works as a consultant for AnxietyBC. She provides lectures and workshops in the area of anxiety and has authored self-help materials for individuals coping with anxiety problems and parents with anxious children. She also has numerous scientific publications in the area of anxiety.
